2026 GWM Haval Jolion price and specs

Despite increasingly fierce competition, the GWM Haval Jolion is entering 2026 with very few changes.

It received a major update for the 2025 model year, introducing ‘new shape’ models with hybrid powertrains, and the flagship Ultra variant, which adopted the new styling and brought a new, higher-output petrol-only engine.

Now, Ultra trim levels have been discontinued and replaced by new, blacked-out Vanta variants. These retain most of the same gear as the Ultra grades – which are now in run-out – including the choice of both petrol-only and hybrid propulsion.

Otherwise, there have been slight styling tweaks to the ‘old shape’ models, bringing a revised headlight profile and a lightly massaged rear-end with a more rounded design.

You’ll be able to distinguish Vanta variants by their use of a black grille, rear roof spoiler, wheels, and other various exterior design elements, as well as gunmetal-finish plastic pieces inside, notably on the steering wheel.

The ‘new shape’ models are otherwise unchanged, carrying over their sportier look from before.

The remainder of the Jolion’s interior tech is mostly unchanged. There has, however, been a minor graphic update to the 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, and wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto have been introduced alongside wired connectivity.

Pricing for the entire Jolion range is also currently discounted by up to $4000, depending on the variant, though prices will return to normal nationwide drive-away pricing from January 1, 2026.
